Research on the influences of chlorine ions in COD analysis and sectional potassium dichromate method

COD分析中氯离子的影响及分段重铬酸钾法研究

Abstract:

Through experiments,the reliability of the shielding effect of mercury sulfate on chlorine ions in COD analysis standard method has been detected. The result show that the shielding effect of mercury sulfate on chloride ions is limited. Using oxidant with high concentration for the COD analysis on chlorine-containing wastewater with low concentration is prone to cause result misjudgment. Based on electrode potential calculation and analysis,the method for sectional oxidation analysis on chlorine-containing wastewater COD is put forward,and is inspected and verified by experiments. The results show that this method is accurate and reliable,and the relative deviation of it is less than 4%.

摘要:

通过实验对COD分析标准方法中硫酸汞屏蔽氯离子效果的可靠性进行了检验,结果表明:硫酸汞对于氯离子的屏蔽作用有限,采用高浓度氧化剂进行低浓度含氯废水COD分析易造成结果误判。在电极电位计算分析基础上提出了分段氧化分析含氯废水COD的方法,并进行了实验验证,结果表明该方法准确可靠,相对偏差小于4%。
