高盐高硬稠油污水淡化工艺方案优选

Abstract:

Based on the demand for the recycling of wastewater containing heavy oil with high salinity and high hardness,distillation methods have been compared and selected as the preferred project in consideration of water quality standard of steam injection boilers. According to the premise that the water quality and water production scale are the same,distillation technologies,such as MVC,TVC,MED,etc.,are used respectively in the desalination equipment design. The equipment sizes,public demands,power consumption,etc. are compared. In addition,investment and running costs are evaluated comprehensively. The results show that MVC is especially suitable for the regions where electricity price is cheap and steam expensive,MED is more economical for the regions where there is lots of waste steam,and TVC is suitable for the regions where high pressure steam is cheap.

摘要:

针对高盐高硬稠油污水回用需求,结合注汽锅炉用水标准,比选出蒸馏法作为污水脱盐首选方案。根据同一水性和产水规模,分别采用机械压缩、热力压缩、多效蒸发等蒸馏工艺进行脱盐装置设计,从装置规模、公用需求、产品能耗等方面进行对比,并从投资和运行成本角度进行综合评价。结果表明,在蒸汽昂贵,电价便宜地区,采用机械压缩占绝对优势;废蒸汽场合采用多效蒸发较为经济;廉价高压蒸汽场合,宜采用热力压缩。
