Research on the influences of the pre-deposition and ultrafiltration of adsorbents on the filtration of humic acid

吸附剂预沉积超滤膜过滤腐殖酸影响研究

Abstract:

Using self-made hydroxy-iron(FeOxHy) as the adsorbent,by means of pre-deposition and ultrafiltration of the adsorbent,the influences of the adsorption for phosphate before and after on membrane flux and membrane effluent water quality when ultrafiltration membrane filtrates humic acid are investigated. The experimental results show that compared with membrane filtration,the membrane ratio flux of adsorbent pre-deposition and ultrafiltration membrane is increased,water quality is improved,and the optimum adsorbent dosage value is 0.45 g/L. After the ad-sorbent has adsorbed certain amount of phosphate,the compactness of deposited layers becomes poorer,roughness becomes higher,membrane ratio flux lift-off value becomes less,and the water quality of membrane effluent capacity goes down to a certain extent.

摘要:

以自备羟基铁(FeOxHy)作为吸附剂,通过吸附剂预沉积超滤的方法,考察吸附磷酸盐前后对超滤膜过滤腐殖酸时的膜通量及膜出水水质的影响。实验结果表明:吸附剂预沉积超滤膜较膜滤,膜比通量升高,水质改善,且存在一个最佳吸附剂投加值0.45 g/L。吸附剂在吸附了一定量磷酸盐后,沉积层致密性变差、粗糙程度变大、膜比通量升高值少,膜出水水质也存在一定程度下降。
