Abstract:
The main problems in the production of potassium carbonate by ion-exchange method has been the recov-ery and treatment of low-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater. It is known that selecting a kind of stable ex-change resin with high exchange capacity can improve the utilization efficiency of resin and hydrochloric acid,and lower the operating costs. By means of combining semi-continuous ion exchange with stripping liquid circulation thickening techniques indiscriminately,the utilization rate of resin can be increased by 30%,the concentration of ammonium chloride can be increased to 150 g/L or more,and utilization rate of hydrochloric acid is more than 96%. This process not only solves the difficult pollution problem of ammonia nitrogen-containing wastewater in the production of ammonium chloride,but also finds a reasonable way out for the by-product,hydrochloric acid,hav-ing remarkable social and economic benefits.

摘要: 采用离子交换法生产碳酸钾时,低浓度含氨氮废水的回收是主要难题。选择性能稳定、工作交换容量大的交换树脂,可提高树脂和盐酸的利用效率,降低运行成本。采用半连续离子交换和解吸液循环增浓套用技术,可使树脂利用率提高30%,氯化铵提升到150 g/L以上,盐酸利用率>96%。该技术不仅解决了氯化铵含氨氨废水的污染难题,同时也为副产盐酸找到合理的出路,经济和环保效益显著。
