Abstract:
Aiming at the peak cooling water system of a evaporative condenser,the electrochemistry bypass flow technology has been used for removing the scaling factors from water continuously by means of settling in form of solid beforehand,and making the soluble state scaling factors in the cooling water maintain in a reasonable range. The calcium hardness is lower than 400 mg/L,and M-alkalinity lower than 500 mg/L,so as to prevent scaling. Before the operation of electrolysis cooling technology(ECT) system,the former water scaling on the surface of the condenser tubes,which had been used for more than three years,must be cleaned up physically. As the corrosion on the surface zinc layer of zinc pipes is prevented,the heat exchanging efficiency is improved simultaneously,the back-pressure of the system reduced as well,providing security for safe holidays.

摘要: 针对蒸发式冷凝器的尖峰冷却系统,通过采用电化学旁流处理技术(ECT),连续将水中的结垢因子以固体的形式预先沉积去除,维持循环水中的溶解态结垢因子在合理范围内,钙硬度低于400 mg/L,M-碱度低于500mg/L,从而预防结垢。在ECT装置运行之前,对使用3 a多的蒸发式冷凝器冷凝管表面的旧有水垢进行了物理清洗,在避免镀锌管道表面锌层腐蚀的同时,提高了换热效率,为机组降低背压,安全度夏提供了保障。
