油田含油污泥调剖体系封堵能力研究

Abstract: The physical properties of the oil-bearing sludge produced in the modification process of oilfield produced liquid,the matching relationship between the particle size of granular sludge and stratum pore roaring,the adaptability of profile control system,etc. have been investigated. The analysis shows that the oil-bearing sludge particles distributed in Chunliang Oil Production Plant is about 7 μm. It has good sorting property,is easy to be carried to strata, and can be used as oil kept in the deep part of the reservoir for profile controlling the megadose profile control agent. The oil-containing sludge has been subject to core plugging experiments and profile control system optimization experiments. The result shows that when the pore throat diameter/particle size is between 5.0-9.0,the plugging rate of the core is the highest.

摘要: 对油田采出液改性过程中产生的含油污泥的物理性质、污泥颗粒粒径与地层孔喉匹配关系和调剖体系适应性等进行了研究。纯梁采油厂含油污泥粒径分布在7 μm左右,分选性好,便于携带进入地层,可以作为油藏深部调剖大剂量调剖剂使用。对含油污泥进行了岩心封堵性实验和调剖体系优选实验:当孔喉直径/颗粒粒径在5.0~9.0时,对岩心的封堵率最高。
