电厂脱硫废水零排放处理工程实例

Abstract: Taking the zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater treatment project of a power plant in Shandong as an example,the processing flow,main process,the project debugging and site operation of the zero discharge of desu-lfurization wastewater are introduced. According to the operation effect,the zero discharge requirements of desulfuri-zation wastewater can be realized completely by means of coagulation sedimentation+multi-medium filtration+DTRO+evaporation crystallization. The water produced from membrane concentration and evaporator condensate meet the reuse requirements.

摘要: 以山东某电厂脱硫废水零排放处理工程为例,介绍了脱硫废水零排放处理流程、主要工艺以及项目调试运行情况。从运行效果来看,采用混凝沉淀+多介质过滤+DTRO+蒸发结晶可完全实现脱硫废水的零排放要求,膜浓缩产水及蒸发器凝液符合回用要求。
