Abstract:
Taking the olefin wastewater treatment system in a petrochemical enterprise as an object,the enhanced app-lication of COD bacterial inoculum and assistants has been implemented. The results show that after the enhance-ment,the mass concentration of sludge in the aeration tank is reduced from 5.0 g/L to 3.8 g/L,while the MLVSS/MLSS in the aeration tank is increased from 56.2% to 59.7% and the specific oxygen uptake rate is increased from 0.007 3 mg/(g·min) to 0.015 3 mg/(g·min). It indicates that the structure of sludge flora has been changed,and sludge acti-vity improved. After using COD bacterial inoculum and assistants,the secondary effluent COD stays at about 40 mg/L stably,and the COD average removing rate is 20.5% higher than that before the enhancement,indicating that the bacterial inoculum and assistants have comparatively remarkable enhancing effect on effluent COD.

摘要: 以某石化企业烯烃废水处理系统为对象,进行COD菌剂及助剂强化应用,强化后,曝气池污泥质量浓度由5.0 g/L降至3.8 g/L,而曝气池MLVSS/MLSS由56.2%提高至59.7%,活性污泥的比耗氧速率由0.007 3 mg/(g·min)升至0.015 3 mg/(g·min),说明原污水生化系统的污泥菌群结构发生改变,污泥活性得以增强。应用COD菌剂及助剂后,二沉池出水COD稳定在40 mg/L左右,COD平均去除率较强化前提高20.5%,说明该菌剂及助剂对出水COD的强化效果比较明显。
