Abstract:
Unseeded evaporation technology has been applied to a high salinity wastewater treatment and reuse pro-cess in a coal chemical project,to realize wastewater zero discharge. After using the unseeded evaporation technology,the system runs more stably,operation is easier,consumption of agent & project is less,running and costs are lower. The technical features and advantages of unseeded evaporation technology are introduced in detail,and the situations of design and operation summarized.

摘要: 为实现废水零排放,在某煤化工项目的高盐废水处理回用工段应用非晶种法蒸发技术。采用非晶种法蒸发技术后,系统运行更稳定,操作更简单,药剂及工程消耗量更小,运行成本更低。详细介绍了非晶种法蒸发工艺的技术特点和技术优势,并对该技术的设计与运行情况进行总结。
