Abstract:
In order to save water resource and achieve the goal of efficient water resource utilization,a new wastewater reuse equipment has been established at a sugar refinery in Shandong Province,China,on the basis of its present eff-luent technologies. The combined process,multimedia filter+immersed ultra-filtration+reserve osmosis,has been used for further recycling of the discharged effluent from the second sedimentation tank,making the reused water re-turn and compensate to the circulating water system. After running for a few months,the operation data are stable,the water quality of the effluent water meet the reuse requirements,specified in the Reusing Wastewater Quality Standard for Industrial Circulating Cooling Water(HG/T 3923-2007).

摘要: 为进一步节约水资源,实现水资源高效利用的目的,山东某糖业公司在其现有污水处理系统基础上,新建污水回用装置,采用多介质过滤器+浸没式超滤+反渗透组合工艺,对现有二沉池排污水进一步进行回收处理,回用水回补循环水系统。系统运行数月,运行参数稳定,出水水质能够达到《循环冷却水用再生水水质标准》(HG/T 3923-2007)的要求。
