絮凝-CFM悬浮膜分离预处理环氧树脂废水

Abstract: Suspended solids(SS) in epoxy resin wastewater are the main source of pollution. Once entering the treatment system,the pollutants can cause great difficulties for the treatment. In this project,the adsorption characteristic of epoxy resin SS is made use of,and ferrous sulfate coagulant is added,and then separated by suspension membrane equipment. SS can be reduced to less than 3.0 mg/L,and COD removing rate is 40%. The process of this project is simple and its comprehensive treatment fee is RMB 0.37 yuan/m3.

摘要: 环氧树脂废水中的SS是该废水的主要污染来源,一旦进入处理系统,会给处理带来很大难度。工程利用环氧树脂悬浮物的吸附特性,加入硫酸亚铁混凝剂,然后用悬浮膜设备分离,SS可降至3.0 mg/L以下,COD去除率为40%。工程工艺简单,综合处理费为0.37元/m3
