Abstract:
For the feasibility study on the co-treatment of industrial wastewater and municipal sewage, the effects of TFT-LCD(thin film transistor-liquid crystal display) wastewater on the biochemical processes in different municipal wastewater treatment plants are investigated. Aerobic effluent of TFT-LCD wastewater treatment system shows little influence on the aerobic process of both G and N wastewater treatment plants(WWTP). However, the effects on the anoxic and anaerobic processes are different for G-WWTP and N-WWTP. Effects of denitrification and anaerobic phosphorus release in N-WWTP are available with co-treatment of industrial wastewater and municipal sewage, although the rates of denitrification and anaerobic phosphorus release slightly decrease.

摘要:
针对工业废水与市政污水协同处理的可行性问题,研究了液晶面板废水对2座不同污水处理厂(G和N)生化工艺各功能段的影响。结果表明,液晶面板废水好氧出水对2座污水处理厂好氧段功能(OUR、COD去除率、硝化作用)的影响均不大,对缺氧段(反硝化作用)和厌氧段(释磷作用)的影响则根据污水厂原效果的不同而不同。N污水处理厂在加入工业废水后反硝化和释磷速率略有降低,但整体功能仍可实现。
