Experimental study on phosphorus removal by electro-flocculation combined with active coke technology

电絮凝结合活性焦技术除磷试验研究

Abstract:

In order to reduce phosphorus content in industrial wastewater containing phosphorus, an experimental study on phosphorus-containing wastewater was carried out by electro-flocculation combined with active coke aeration technology. The effects of power on time, plate spacing, current density and active coke dosage on phosphorus removal rate were investigated. The results showed that the addition of active coke and aeration link could improve the phosphorus removal rate of electro-flocculation. When the power on time was 40 min, the plate spacing was 4 cm, the current density was 20 A/m2, the active coke dosage was 0.45 g/L and the aeration time was 40 min, it came to the optimal test condition and 89.19% of the phosphorus removal rate could be achieved.

摘要:

为降低含磷工业废水中的磷含量,采用电絮凝结合活性焦曝气技术处理含磷废水。考察通电时间、极板间距、电流密度、活性焦用量对除磷效果的影响。结果表明,加入活性焦和曝气环节可使电絮凝除磷效果有较大提高,在通电时间为40 min,极板间距为4 cm,电流密度为20 A/m2,活性焦质量浓度为0.45 g/L,曝气时间为40 min的最优试验条件时,除磷率可达到89.19%。
