Abstract:
Waste bagasse, as a carbon source, has been used for the preparation of ZrO2 doped mesoporous activated carbon materials, and their phosphorus removing capability investigated. The materials have been characterized by FT-IR, XRD, SEM and N2 adsorption-desorption experiments. The results indicate that the materials are in shape of platelets, having large specific surface area and mesoporous structure. The adsorption experiment result shows that the optimal dosage of Zr is 10% of the mass of bagasse. Theoretically speaking, the maximum adsorption volume is 41.41 mg/g(308 K). The adsorption for phosphate by the materials follows the pseudo-second-order kinetics model and Langmuir model. It is also an endothermic process, including physical adsorption and chemical adsorption, in accordance with electrostatic adsorption and ion exchange mechanism.

以废弃甘蔗渣为碳源制备了ZrO2掺杂介孔活性炭材料,并对其除磷性能进行了研究。采用FT-IR、XRD、SEM和N2吸附-脱附实验对材料进行了表征,结果表明,该材料成片状,具有高比表面积和介孔结构。吸附实验结果表明,锆的最佳掺杂量为甘蔗渣质量的10%,理论最大吸附容量为41.41 mg/g(308 K)。材料对磷酸盐的吸附符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir模型,且为吸热过程,包含物理吸附和化学吸附,遵循静电吸附和离子交换机制。
