Liquid chromatographic analysis of 14 kinds of afloxacin antibiotics in pharmaceutical industrial wastewater

制药工业废水中14种沙星类抗生素的液相色谱分析法

Abstract:

The metal ions in the pharmaceutical industrial wastewater were chelated by Na2EDTA, and then the high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of 14 kinds of afloxacin antibiotics residues in pharmaceutical industrial wastewater was established through enrichment and purification by HLB solidphase extraction column, separation by C18 column, determination by fluorescence detector. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of 14 antibiotics and their chromatographic peak areas in the range of 0.5 mg/L to 100.0 mg/L, and correlation coefficient were ≥ 0.999. The detection limit of the method ranged from 0.005 mg/L to 0.070 mg/L, and the lower limit of determination ranged from 0.02 mg/L to 0.28 mg/L. The average recoveries ranged from 90.7% to 98.1%, and the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.1% to 3.2%.

摘要:

采用Na2EDTA螯合制药工业废水中的金属离子,通过HLB固相萃取柱的富集、净化,经C18色谱柱分离,荧光检测器测定,建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定制药工业废水中14种沙星类抗生素残留量的方法。结果表明:在0.5~100.0 mg/L范围内,14种沙星类抗生素浓度与其色谱峰峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均≥ 0.999;方法检出限为0.005~0.070 mg/L,测定下限为0.02~0.28 mg/L;加标平均回收率为90.7%~98.1%,RSD为1.1%~3.2%。
