Abstract:
The graphene aerogel was prepared by anode graphite obtained from waste lithium cobalt oxide batteries. The adsorption effect and adsorption mechanism of graphene aerogel on methylene blue was studied. The results showed that the prepared graphene aerogel had a large number of pores and soft sheet structure. Under the conditions of adsorbent dosage 2.5 g/L, initial methylene blue concentration 50 mg/L, pH 8, temperature 30℃ and adsorption time 20 min, the adsorption efficiency was up to 98.6%. The isothermal adsorption conformed to the Langmuir model and its maximum adsorption capacity was 41.39 mg/g. The adsorption reaction kinetics could be fitted by pseudo-secondorder kinetic equation. The adsorption process contained chemical and physical adsorption.

以废旧钴酸锂电池负极石墨为原料制备石墨烯气凝胶,研究了其对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果和吸附机理。结果表明,制备的石墨烯气凝胶具有大量的孔隙和柔软片层结构。当吸附剂投加量为2.5 g/L,亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度为50 mg/L,pH为8,温度为30℃时,20 min即达到吸附平衡,吸附率为98.6%。该吸附剂对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合Langmiur模型,最大吸附量为41.39 mg/g;吸附反应动力学符合准二级动力学方程。吸附过程包含化学吸附和物理吸附。
