载铝活性炭纤维的制备及其脱氮除磷性能

Abstract:

An adsorbent(Al-ACF) loaded with activated alumina(γ-Al2O3) was prepared using activated carbon fiber(ACF) as carrier. It was characterized and analyzed by SEM and FTIR. The adsorption and fixation mechanism of nitrogen and phosphorus on the surface of Al-ACF and the change of crystal structure of γ-Al2O3 were discussed. ACF is conducive to the high dispersion of γ-Al2O3 and the increase of its lattice defects as a carrier. The synergy between ACF and γ-Al2O3 also improves the nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance of Al-ACF. The Al-ACF nitrogen and phosphorus removal system is dominated by ion exchange, and electrostatic attraction and pore adsorption also exist simultaneously.

摘要:

以活性炭纤维(ACF)为载体,制备了负载活性氧化铝(γ-Al2O3)的吸附材料(Al-ACF),利用SEM、FTIR对其进行表征分析,并探讨了氮磷在Al-ACF表面的吸附固定机制及γ-Al2O3晶体结构变化。ACF作为载体,有利于γ-Al2O3获得高分散度且增大其晶格缺陷程度,ACF与γ-Al2O3之间的协同作用也提高了Al-ACF脱氮除磷性能。Al-ACF脱氮除磷体系中以离子交换为主导,静电吸引和孔隙吸附也同时存在。
