Abstract:
The scaling trend of the fracturing backflow fluid from a shale gas well was analyzed. Then the influences of temperature, pH, trans-membrane pressure, reflux flow and filter time on the fouling of membrane were investigated in the treatment of fracturing backflow fluid by the inorganic ceramic membrane. It was showed that the scaling trend of calcium carbonate was the most significant in the fracturing backflow fluid. Besides, the scaling process decreased when the pH was controlled at about 5-6, and the temperature was maintained within 40℃. The fouling of the ceramic membrane could be effectively reduced under the condition that the trans-membrane pressure was about 0.12 MPa, the reflux flow was about 30 L/min, and the cleaning cycle was about 4 hours.

摘要:
对某页岩气井压裂返排液结垢趋势进行了分析,并探讨了采用陶瓷膜处理压裂返排液过程中温度、pH、跨膜压差、料液循环量以及过滤时间对膜污染的影响。研究结果表明,压裂返排液的碳酸钙结垢趋势最显著,控制料液pH为5~6,温度在40℃以内可减缓结垢过程。当跨膜压差为0.12 MPa,料液循环量为30 L/min,清洗周期为4 h时,可有效降低膜结垢污染。
