Enhanced treatment of livestock wastewater by microbe and graphene

微生物-石墨烯联合强化畜禽养殖废水处理研究

Abstract:

In this study, a combined microorganism and nanomaterial treatment system was constructed to treat livestock and poultry wastewater. The optimal dosage ratio of the added Pseudomonas flava WD-3 bacteria suspension to graphene oxide(GO) solution was obtained in piggery wastewater at atmospheric temperature. The changes of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP contents in wastewater were investigated. Moreover, the effects and mechanisms of microorganism-graphene in the treatment of piggery wastewater were studied. The results showed that the combined system of 7% Pseudomonas flava WD-3 suspension and 1 mg/L graphene oxide solution had significant effects on the treatment of the above pollutants. The maximum removal rates were 82.24%, 56.06%, 57.73% and 70.00% respectively, which were 3.17, 2.74, 2.95, 3.19 times of the suspension of Pseudomonas flava WD-3 only and 1.42, 1.59, 1.62, 1.58 times of the solution of graphene oxide only.

摘要:

构建了微生物-纳米材料联合处理体系处理畜禽养殖废水,在常温条件下向猪场养殖废水中投加黄假单胞菌(Pseudomonas flava WD-3)菌悬液和氧化石墨烯(GO)溶液,探讨其最佳投加比例,考察废水COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP的变化,探究微生物-石墨烯体系对养殖废水的处理效果及机理。结果表明,投菌量为7%的Pseudomonas flava WD-3菌悬液与1 mg/L GO溶液联合体系对养殖废水中COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP具有明显的去除效果,最大去除率分别为82.24%、56.06%、57.73%、70.00%,分别为仅投加菌悬液的3.17、2.74、2.95、3.19倍和仅投加GO溶液的1.42、1.59、1.62、1.58倍。
