Abstract:
Desulfurization wastewater is produced in the gas desulfurization process by vacuum potassium carbonate, which contains high concentrations of toxic and harmful substances, such as S2- and CN-. A new desulfurization wastewater treatment station by coking plant of an iron and steel complex was constructed in Hebei Province, and it conducted harmless treatment S2- and CN- in desulfurization wastewater by special coagulation combining precipitation technology. The effluent from the desulfurization wastewater treatment station was fed into the phenol cyanide wastewater treatment station for further treatment, then the setting sludge and biological sludge were mixed together to blend coal and returned coke oven. There is no "three wastes" in the whole process, and good effects have been achieved.

摘要:
真空碳酸钾工艺在煤气脱硫工序的应用中会产生少量的脱硫废液,该废液含有高浓度的有毒有害物质,以S2-、CN-为代表。河北某钢铁联合企业焦化厂新建脱硫废液处理站,针对脱硫废液无害化处理进行研究,采用专项混凝+沉淀技术去除脱硫废液中的S2-、CN-,处理后的废液再排入酚氰废水处理站进一步处置,沉淀污泥与生物污泥一道掺混配煤再回焦炉,全过程无"三废"产生,取得了良好效果。
