甲醇制烯烃装置水系统运行问题及解决方案

Abstract:

Methanol to olefins(MTO) technology is one of the core technologies of modern coal chemical industry. The water unit is one of the weak links in MTO system. Whether the water unit is stable or not will directly affect the longterm operation of the entire plant. Based on DMTO methanol to olefins process, the process flow and water quality characteristics of water system in DMTO system were summarized, then the problems and solutions during the operation of the water system are proposed.

摘要:

甲醇制烯烃(MTO)技术是现代煤化工核心技术之一。甲醇制烯烃装置水系统是整个装置的薄弱环节之一,水系统运行是否稳定,会直接影响整个装置长周期运行效果。以DMTO甲醇制烯烃工艺为基础,概述了DMTO装置内水系统工艺流程和水质特征,综述了水系统运行时所出现的问题及解决方案。
