Example of wastewater treatment project in soybean products industry

豆制品行业废水处理工程实例

Abstract:

A food plant mainly produces soybean products such as beancurd, skin of soybean milk and sauce pickled bean product, and the production wastewater discharge is 500 m3/d. The production wastewater has the characteristics of high COD, high ammonia nitrogen and suspended solid content, many dregs, easy acidification and good biodegradability. During the wastewater treatment process, the water quality and quantity fluctuate greatly. The mass concentration of COD, BOD5, NH3-N, SS and pH were 9 000 mg/L, 5 400 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 2 200 mg/L and 6-9, respectively. The microfiltration+air flotation+anaerobic reactor+Bardenpho process was used to treat the soybean production wastewater. After commissioning and operation, the system had reached a good and stable operation, with high removal rate of pollutants. The effluent quality could meet the requirements of first-class standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996). Engineering practice showed that the process had the advantages of stable and reliable treatment effect, low investment cost, simple system management, easy operation, low operating cost, small area, obvious environmental benefits, which can be promoted. The biogas produced can be used in the boiler of plant without secondary pollution, which has good economic and environmental benefits. It provides some reference for the same type of wastewater treatment.

摘要:

某食品加工厂主要生产豆腐、豆皮和卤制豆干等豆制品,生产废水排放量为500 m3/d。该生产废水具有COD、氨氮和悬浮物含量高,渣滓多、易酸化和可生化性较好的特点。在废水处理过程中,水质水量波动较大,原水COD平均为9 000 mg/L,BOD5为5 400 mg/L,NH3-N为100 mg/L,SS为2 200 mg/L,pH为6~9。采用微滤+气浮+厌氧反应器+Bardenpho工艺对该豆制品生产废水进行处理。经几个月的调试运行,处理系统能达到良好的稳定运行状态,对污染物的去除率高,出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准要求。工程实践表明,该工艺具有出水效果稳定可靠、吨水投资费用低的优点,同时系统管理简单、易操作,吨水运行费用低,占地相对较少,环境效益明显,有较高的推广价值。产生的沼气可用于厂内锅炉,无二次污染,具有较好的经济与环境效益,可为同类型废水处理提供一定借鉴。
