Abstract:
To meet the requirements of high efficiency and low energy consumption in rural domestic sewage treatment,the traditional SBR process was improved respectively by two methods which were integrating the air lift device and integrating the water pump and the air pump,then applied to rural domestic sewage treatment. The elimination efficiency of the improved SBR process for pollutants was investigated. The results showed that with the treatment capacity less than 1.0 m3/d,both the two processes could achieve high-efficient treatment for rural domestic sewage,the effluent water quality indexes,such as NH3-N,TN and TP,could stably reach the primary standard of Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities(DB 51/2626—2019) in Sichuan Province,and the CODCr in effluent could stably reach the tertiary standard. In addition,compared to the equipment Ⅱ mainly composed of air pump and water pump,the equipment Ⅰ mainly composed of air lift device had more advantages in emissions reduction and energy conservation,together with its superiority of low operation and maintenance costs,it had the popularization and application value.

摘要:
针对农村生活污水处理高效率、低能耗等要求,分别通过集成式气提装置、集成水泵+气泵两种方式,将传统SBR工艺进行改进,应用于农村生活污水处理,并考察了其对污染物的去除效能。结果表明,在处理量不超过1.0 m3/d的条件下,两种改良SBR工艺均可实现对农村生活污水的高效处理,处理后出水NH3-N、TN及TP等指标能够稳定达到四川省《农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准》(DB 51/2626—2019)的一级标准,出水CODCr稳定达到其三级标准。相较于以气泵和水泵为主体的Ⅱ型设备,以气提装置为主体的Ⅰ型设备在污染物去除潜力和节能等方面更具优势,运行及维护费用低,具有推广应用价值。
