二氯吡啶生产废水的处理应用研究

摘要:

江西某化工厂采用高级氧化-厌氧-好氧-混凝处理相结合的主体工艺处理2,3-二氯吡啶生产过程中产生的废水。对工艺选择的依据、工艺流程、工艺参数及运行效果进行了介绍。运行结果表明,废水经该工艺处理后,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的三级标准,达到当地污水处理厂进水水质要求。

Abstract:

The combined advanced oxidation-anaerobic-aerobic-coagulation treatment process has been used for treating the wastewater from 2,3-dichloropyridine production in a chemical plant in Jiangxi Province,China. The basis of technological selection,process flow,technological parameters,and running effects are introduced. The running results show that after the wastewater has been treated by this way,the water quality of effluent meets the requirements for the third level standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards(GB 8978-1996),and meets the requirements for influent water quality specified by local wastewater treatment plants.
