钒钼黄法测定水和废水中活性磷的改进

Improvement to the determination of activated phosphorus in water and wastewater by yellow vanadomolybdate method

摘要:

为了解决处理含钒有毒废液带来的困扰,对钒钼黄法测定水和废水中的活性磷进行了改进。水样取样量和加入试剂量同步缩小10倍,运用哈希COD消解管进行显色反应并于DR890分光光度计上进行比色测定。改进后方法最低检出限为0.22 mg/L,同时将测定上限扩大到25 mg/L,其精密度好,准确度与国标法保持一致。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems in the treatment of toxic vanadium-containing waste liquid,the yellow vanadomolybdate method used for the determination of activated phosphorus in water and wastewater has been improved. The number of water samples and the amount of reagent added are to be reduced 10 times synchronously. Color development reaction is conducted in Hach COD digestion tubes,and colorimetric determination on DR890 spectrophotometer. After the improvement,the lowest detection limit of this method is 0.22 mg/L. In addition,the upper limit of the determination has been expended to 25 mg/L. Its precision is better,the accuracy is consistent with the national standard method.
