高效串联-改进式BAF处理氨氮废水的研究

Research on the treatment of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater by highly efficient series-modified biological aerated filter

摘要:

针对化肥企业氨氮废水排放量大、污染物浓度高的特点,采用高效串联-改进式曝气生物滤池(BAF)对化肥氨氮废水进行了处理及耐冲击负荷试验研究。试验结果表明,高效串联-改进式BAF可以将200mg/L左右的进水氨氮处理至出水>5mg/L。同时对突发高氨氮负荷或低氨氮负荷缓冲能力较强,对高氨氮、高COD负荷进水,通过补充高效菌种,可以达到较高去除率。

Abstract:

Aiming at the characteristics of large discharging quantity of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater and high concentration of pollutants in chemical fertilizer plants, the highly efficient series-modified BAF has been used for treating the ammonia-nitrogen fertilizer wastewater and its shockproof loading has been studied. The results show that the highly efficient series-modified BAF can effectively remove the influent ammonia-nitrogen from 200 mg/L to less than 5 mg/L, and has strong buffer capacity for treating suddenly high or low ammonia-nitrogen loading. By supplying highly efficient strains, the highly efficient series-modified BAF has a pretty high removal rate, when the influent ammonia-nitrogen and COD loading are high.
