Determination of Beryllium in sludge by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer with continuous light source

摘要:

建立了连续光源石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定污泥消解样品中铍含量的方法。研究表明,以HNO3-H2O2-HF-HClO3为微波消解体系,Pd(NO32+Mg(NO32为基体改进剂,在灰化温度Ⅱ为1 200℃,原子化温度为2 400℃,积分像素点为5时,污泥中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Al、Ba、Pb、Cd、Cr、Zn、Ni和V等共存金属元素对铍的测定不产生干扰,方法检出限可达到0.02 mg/kg。采用该方法对3个污泥样品进行测定,相对标准偏差为2.7%~5.1%,加标回收率为86.0%~94.0%。

Abstract:

A method was established to determine Beryllium in sludge digestion samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer with continuous light source. The results showed that using HNO3-H2O2-HF-HClO3 as microwave digestion system, Pd(NO3)2+Mg(NO3)2 as matrix modifier, the ashing temperature Ⅱ 1 200℃, the atomization temperature 2 400℃, the integral pixel 5, the co-existing metal elements K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Al, Ba, Pb, Cd, Cr, Zn, Ni and V of sludge had no interference. The detection limit of Beryllium in sludge was up to 0.02 mg/kg. Taking this method to determine three sludge samples, the RSD of which was 2.7%-5.1%, and the recovery rate was 86.0%-94.0%.
