4种重金属对活性污泥的呼吸抑制作用

Respiratory inhibition effect of four kinds of heavy metals on activated sludge

摘要: 重金属是废水中常见的污染物,其对环境及污水处理厂污水处理的影响亟待研究。采用《化学品活性污泥呼吸抑制试验》(GB/T 21796—2008)方法测定了4种重金属离子对活性污泥的呼吸抑制作用。结果表明,各毒物试验组的耗氧速率均随毒物浓度的增加而降低,4种重金属离子对活性污泥都有明显的毒性效应,其毒性顺序为Hg2+ > Cd2+ > Cr6+ > Cu2+,3 h-EC50值分别为0.51、0.85、4.40、12.14 mg/L。污水处理厂应对进水中的上述4种重金属进行严密监控。

Abstract: Heavy metals are common pollutants in wastewaters,and their influences on the environment and wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) are problems in urgent need of study. The respiratory inhibition effects of four kinds of heavy metal ions on activated sludge have been tested by the method specified in the Respiration Inhibition Tests of Activated Sludge with Chemicals(GB/T 21796-2008). The experimental results indicates that the oxygen consumption rates of all the poison-experiment groups are decreased with the increase of poison concentrations. All the four kinds of metallic ions have obvious poisonous effect on activated sludge. Its toxicity sequence is Hg2+ > Cd2+ > Cr6+> Cu2+,and 3 h-EC50 values are 0.51,0.85,4.40 and 12.14 mg/L,respectively. WWTPs should closely monitor the above four kinds of heavy metals in the influent.
