混凝沉淀法处理含油清洗废水中磷的实验研究

Experimental study of phosphorus removal from oil-bearing cleaning wastewater by coagulation sedimentation

摘要:

选用聚合氯化铝(PAC)、氢氧化钙对某工厂电镀过程中产生的稀释后的含油清洗废水进行混凝沉淀处理,考察不同混凝剂的最佳投加量与反应pH,确定最佳的混凝沉淀方式。结果表明:PAC、氢氧化钙的最佳投加量为30、10 g/L,最适pH分别为7.5、11.2;氢氧化钙与PAC联合投加时,氢氧化钙、PAC的投加量分别为10、7.5 g/L,除磷率可达99.7%,处理费用相对较低。处理后的水质得到改善,为后续选择生化处理提供了条件。

Abstract:

Polyaluminum chloride(PAC) and calcium hydroxide were selected for phosphorus removal of diluted oilbearing cleaning wastewater produced during the electroplating process from a factory. The optimum dosage and pH value of different coagulants were investigated to determine the coagulating sedimentation mode. The results showed that the optimum dosage for diluted oil-bearing cleaning wastewater was 30 g/L PAC and 10 g/L calcium hydroxide, with the most suitable pH values of 7.5 and 11.2, respectively. The phosphorus removal efficiency of oilbearing cleaning wastewater reached 99.7% with the combination of 10 g/L calcium hydroxide and 7.5 g/L PAC. And this process was cost relatively low. The actual application results also showed that the water quality of oil-bearing cleaning wastewater was improved after coagulation, which made it possible for subsequent biochemical treatment.
