Efficient degradation malachite green by Ag2O/Ag2MoO4-H2O2 system

摘要:

采用水热法制备了Ag2O/Ag2MoO4复合催化剂,并对其进行表征。成功构建了Ag2O/Ag2MoO4-H2O2催化体系降解有机染料孔雀石绿(MG)。实验结果表明,在催化剂投加量为0.5 g/L,H2O2浓度为50 mmol/L,溶液初始pH为4.5,反应温度为25℃,MG质量浓度为30 mg/L的最佳反应条件下,催化体系对MG的催化降解率高达99.8%。所制备的Ag2O/Ag2MoO4催化剂能在较宽的pH范围内(2.5~6.5)保持很好的催化活性,且催化剂具有优异的稳定性,经过5次重复使用后,MG的降解率仍可达到93%以上。

Abstract:

A composite catalyst Ag2O/Ag2MoO4 was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method and characterized. A catalyst system of Ag2O/Ag2MoO4-H2O2 for degradation malachite green(MG) was constructed successfully. The experimental results showed that degradation ratio of MG reached 99.8% with Ag2O/Ag2MoO4-H2O2 system under optimal experimental conditions(catalyst dosage 0.5 g/L, H2O2 concentration 50 mmol/L, pH 4.5 and 250℃). Moreover, the catalytic activity of catalyst could still be excellent over a wide pH range from 2.5 to 6.5 in Ag2O/Ag2MoO4-H2O2 system. In addition, the catalysts maintained excellent stable catalytic performance after five cycling runs, and the degradation ratio of MG was still above 93%.
