电化学氧化-电渗析联合处理丙烯腈四效蒸发凝液

Treatment of acrylonitrile quadruple effect evaporation condensate by electrochemical oxidation-electrodialysis united technology

摘要:

采用“电化学氧化-电渗析”联合处理丙烯腈四效蒸发凝液,既解决了电化学氧化出水盐含量高,不利于后续生化处理的难题,又节约了运行成本。结果表明,三维电化学氧化效果明显优于二维电化学氧化,多种有机污染物被大幅去除,三维电化学氧化出水中总氮(TN)和总有机碳(TOC)质量浓度分别降至125.8、335.2 mg/L,比二维电化学氧化分别降低了18.36%、26.31%,运行能耗也降低了14.4%;采用电渗析处理氧化出水,脱盐率接近100%,且浓水回用对污染物的去除率影响较小,最终出水B/C提升至0.43,可生化性大大提高。

Abstract:

Treating acrylonitrile quadruple effect evaporation condensate by electrochemical oxidation-electrodialysis united technology not only solves the problem of high salt content in the effluent of electrochemical oxidation inconvenient for subsequent biochemical treatment,but also decreases the operation cost. The results showed that the effect of three-dimensional electrochemical oxidation was obviously better than that of two-dimensional electrochemical oxidation,and a variety of organic pollutants were greatly removed. The concentration of total nitrogen(TN) and total organic carbon(TOC) in the effluent of three-dimensional electrochemical oxidation were reduced to 125.8 mg/L and 335.2 mg/L,respectively,which were 18.36% and 26.31% lower than the latter,and the operation energy consumption decreased by 14.4%. The desalination rate of the electrochemical oxidation effluent was close to 100% by electrodialysis,and the electrodialysis concentrated water had little effect on the removal rate of pollutants when the concentrated water was reused to electrochemical oxidation. Finally,B/C raised to 0.43,and the biodegradability was greatly improved.
