Application of hydrolysis acidification-BBR-high efficiency sedimentation in improving quality and efficiency of wastewater treatment plant

摘要:

南昌市某污水处理厂提标改造工程设计规模为20 000 m3/d,工程设计出水水质执行地表水准Ⅳ类标准(TN除外)。为确保稳定达标,结合以往工程经验和进水水质情况,确定采用“粗格栅+细格栅曝气沉砂池+初沉池+水解酸化池+BBR池+二沉池+高效沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池+紫外消毒”工艺。介绍了主要工艺流程和运行参数,并结合稳定运行结果,得到该工艺对COD、BOD5、SS、TN、NH4 +-N、TP等具有明显去除效果,其出水相应指标分别可达17.1、5.7、6.4、9.2、1.3、0.20 mg/L,满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中地表水准Ⅳ类标准(TN除外)。技术经济分析表明,该工艺处理废水所需电费和药剂费为0.30元/m3

Abstract:

The design scale of the upgrading and renovation project of a wastewater treatment plant in Nanchang was 20 000 m3/d and the water quality of the engineering design shall comply with the Surface Water Quasi Ⅳ Criteria (TN excepted). In order to ensure stable compliance,combined with previous engineering experience and the water quality of the influent,the process of “coarse grille+fine grille+primary sedimentation tank+hydrolysis acidification tank+BBR tank+secondary sedimentation tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+fiber turntable filter+UV disinfection” technology was determined to be adopted. Through the introduction of the main process flow and operating parameters,combined with the stable operation results,it was obtained that the process had obvious removal effects on COD,BOD5,SS,TN,NH4 +-N and TP,and the corresponding indicators of the effluent were 17.1,5.7,6.4,9.2,1.3,0.20 mg/L,respectively. These indicators met the level quasicriteria specified in the Environmental Quality StandardsforSurfaceWater (GB 3838—2002) (TN excepted). The technical economical evaluation analysis showed that the electricity and reagent cost required for the treatment of wastewater by this process was 0.30 yuan/m3.
