摘要:
随着炼焦企业向规模化、集约化发展,大型焦化废水处理系统在国内已不罕见。由于焦化废水中存在有害有毒物质,传统的生物处理方法很难使COD和氨氮达到排放标准。介绍了包钢焦化厂焦化废水处理工艺及运行情况。该厂采用A/O2法处理焦化废水,通过调整进水碳氮比、利用共代谢作用和采用延时曝气,废水COD和氨氮的去除效果明显,出水各项指标均达到《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13456-1992)中的一级标准。同时对运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析,以供借鉴。

Abstract: With the large-scale and intensive development of coking enterprises,large-scale coking wastewater treatment systems in China are not rare. Due to the presence of toxic substances in coking wastewater,the conventional biological treatment is not efficient in removing COD and ammonia nitrogen to meet the requirements of the effluent discharge standard. The treatment process of the coking wastewater in the coking plant of Bao Gang and its running situation are introduced. A/O2 process has been used for treating large-scale coking wastewater in that plant. Through adjusting the C/N ratio,the removing efficiencies of COD and ammonia nitrogen by using cometabolism and extended aeration are significant. Every index of the effluent water reaches the First Grade of the Discharge Standard of Iron & Steel Industrial Water Pollutants (GB 13456-1992).
