摘要:

以往水处理工业所用ClO2因其用量少而以亚氯酸钠为原料制备,因其成本高而限制了ClO2的大规模应用。我们以氯酸钠为原料,以有机酸A为还原剂,制得纯度高达98%~99%的ClO2纯水溶液和稳定性ClO2,产率为90%.讨论了吸收方式、还原剂用量和温度对ClO2产率及纯度的影响,并对稳定机理作了探讨。本工艺成本低,为水处理工业大规模应用ClO2提供了方便。

Abstract:

By using sodium chlorate and acid A as raw materials, the preparation of chlorine dioxide through oxidation-re-duction processes,the influences of various factors on the reaction are disscussed, and the preferential conditions are obtained.T he reaction is carried out under mild conditions without waste acid, and the yield of chlorine dioxide can reach 90%, the purity can reach 98%~99%.
