摘要: 采用物理和化学方法对电镀废水中高浓度氨氮进行处理。应用响应面法对氨氮吹脱工艺进行优化,在最佳工艺条件下(pH=11、流量2 L/min、时间60 min),氨氮去除率为98%。吹脱后的废水经次氯酸钠深度氧化,结果显示,次氯酸钠投加量为30 mL/L,反应时间为10 min时,氨氮去除率达95.43%。同时研究了超声、紫外照射对次氯酸钠氧化效率的强化效果。经吹脱和次氯酸钠处理后的废水符合《电镀污染物排放标准》表3氨氮排放限值要求。

Abstract: Physical and chemical methods have been used for treating the highly concentrated ammonia nitrogen in electroplating wastewater. Ammonia nitrogen air stripping process has been optimized by response surface method. Under the optimal conditions as below:pH=11,flow rate 2 L/min and reaction time 60 min,the removing rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches 98%. After air stripping,the wastewater has been subject to NaClO advanced oxidation. The results show that when NaClO dosage is 30 mL/L,and reaction time 10 min,the ammonia nitrogen removing rate reaches 95.43%. In addition,the enhanced effects of ultrasound and UV irradiation on the oxidation efficiency of NaClO are investigated. The wastewater treated by stripping and with NaClO meets Table 3 requirements for ammonia nitrogen discharge limit values,specified in the Electroplating Pollutants Discharge Standard.
