硅藻土脱色机理及其在印染废水中应用的研究

A STUDY ON THE DECOLORING MECHANISM OF DIATOMITE AND ITS APPLICATION TO PRINTING AND DYEING WASTEWATER

摘要: 采用染料吸附法研究了次甲基兰在浙江和吉林硅藻土表面的吸附等温线。硅藻土吸附性质与其结构、孔分布、表面ζ电位、IEP值及pH值有关,当pH=13时,其吸附量均最大,吸附等温方程式均符合Freundlich方程:Г=KC1/n .还研究了浙江土对印染废水的处理及pH对其影响,并筛选出用炉灰渣和硅藻土处理印染废水,效果良好。

Abstract: In this paper, adsorption isotherm of methy lene blue on surface of Zhejiang diatomite, Jiling diatomite and several kinds of local diatomite were studied by using dye adsorption method. The adsorptive methy lene blue amount of diatomite was concerned with its structure, poresize distribution, surface ζ electrical potential, IEP value and pH value, It was found when pH= 13, adsorptive methylene blue amount of diatomite all attained at maximum value.Their adsorption isotherm equation was obtained, that was inconformity with Freundlich equation Γ=KC1/n.the disposal of printing and dyeing wastewater with Zhejiang diatomite was also studied, and diatomite, slag was screened out to dispose of printing and dyeing wastewater.It is very effective.
