摘要:

微生物诱导腐蚀(MIC)是油田采出水处理系统腐蚀的主要原因之一。为了减少MIC,一般采用投加杀菌剂的方法。二氧化氯是一种广泛用于循环冷却水和饮用水的高效杀菌剂,作者对二氧化氯用于油田采出水杀菌处理的可能性进行了研究探讨。实验证明,在采出水中还原物质含量较低时,二氧化氯对油田采出水有较好的杀菌效果,而且其破胶互沉作用有助于水质净化

Abstract:

Microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) is one of the major causes of corrosion in oilfield. Biocide treatment is generally performed to control the MIC in treating process of produced water. Chlorodioxide is an effective biocide that is widely used in cooling water system and drinking water system. The study of chlorodioxide's applicability to biocide treating process of oilfield produced water shows that good performance is achieved when the reduced content is low in the water. Moreover, the breaking of colloid and mutual precipitation caused by chlorodioxide is helpful to water purification.
