内电解-厌氧-好氧工艺处理染料化工废水的研究

摘要:

研究了高浓度和高色度的有机染化废水在内电解 -厌氧 -好氧组合工艺下的处理效果及其影响因素。结果表明,内电解 -厌氧 -好氧组合工艺应用在高浓度、高色度 (COD为6000~7000mg/L,色度>10000倍 )染化废水处理中具有较高的COD和色度去除率。在全工艺流程下,COD、色度的去除率均达到92%以上。

Abstract:

The efficiencies and factors of the treatment of organic dye wastewater with high concentration and chromaticity are studied by interior electrolytic,anaerobic and aerobic processes. Test results show that when interior electrolytic,anaerobic and aerobic processes are used in the treatment of dye wastewater with high concentration and chromaticity(COD Cr 6 000~7 000 mg/L and chromaticity10 000 times),the COD and chromaticity removal rate are high. In the whole process,the COD and chromaticity removal rate are up to 92%.
