摘要:

报道了好氧、混凝处理工艺处理秸秆气化气洗涤水。好氧段采用生物接触氧化法,混凝处理工艺采用聚合氯化铝作混凝剂进行试验。结果表明,水质参数为CODCr814mg/L、BOD53 0 2mg/L、酚类 38mg/L的原水经此处理工艺后相应的参数降为CODCr140mg/L、BOD517mg/L、酚类 0 .4mg/L,去除率分别为 82 .8%、93 %、98.9%。出水水质达到国家二级排放标准 (GB8978—1996 )。

Abstract:

It is reported that the wastewater f rom w ashing gas of st raw s is t reated w ith aerobic and coagulat ionsedimentation.Contact oxidation method is applied to aerobic stage, poly aluminium chloride is chosen to be coagulant.Throug h ex periments, the best concent ration of polyaluminium chloride is 150 mg/L.The result indicatesinfluent parameter is CODCr 814 mg/L,BOD5 302 mg/L, phenols 38 mg/L ;after being treated, effluent parameteris CODCr140 mg/L,BOD5 17 mg/L,phenols 0.4 mg/ L.The removal rate is CODCr82.8 %,BOD5 93 %, phenols98.9 % respectively.Water quality of the ef fluent can meet GB8978 —1996
