摘要:

介绍了变频调速自动加药设备在中水回用厂微絮凝-过滤工艺中的应用、聚合氯化铁(PFC)的使用情况、变频调速自动加药设备的特点及使用的情况。在运行中发现, PFC具有较好的混凝效果, 同时能够去除一定的PO43-;变频调速自动加药设备加药量控制精确、节能降耗、运行成本低、可靠, 有效的保证了出水水质。

关键词: 变频调速, 加药设备, 微絮凝-过滤, 中水回用

Abstract:

The application of the automatic drugfeeding equipment with variable frequency and speed to microflocculation-filtration technics,the usage of PFC,the characteric of the automatic drugfeeding equipment and the situation of its usage are all introduced. It is found in practice that PFC has preferable effect and can remove a certain amount of PO43-. The control of feeding amount is accurate,the power consumption is low,the operational cost is less, and the work done is reliable. It ensures the quality of outgoing water.
