仿生膜生物反应器处理高浓度有机农药废水的研究

STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF HIGHLY-CONCENTRATED ORGANIC PESTICIDE WASTEWATER USING BIOMIMIC MEMBRANE BIO-REACTOR

摘要:

对自制仿生膜生物反应器处理农药废水进行了七个多月的试验。试验结果表明, 好氧仿生膜生物反应器对农药废水有较好的处理效果, 系统抗负荷冲击能力强, 出水水质好。当进水CODCr为650mg/L时, 出水CODCr为100mg/L, 达到了国家污水综合排放一级标准(GB8978—1988)。CODCr去除率为80%以上, 出水浊度小于10度, CN-小于0.5mg/L。仿生膜稳定膜通量为115.2L/(h·m2), 高于一般无机膜的膜通量, 并且不需清洗, 降低了运行费用。

Abstract:

Membrane bioreactor is made of biomimic membrane,and is used for the biochemical treatment of highly concentrated organic pesticide wastewater. The test is done for about seven months. The treatment result of aerobic biomimic membrane bioreactor is good with strong capacity to resist the high sewage loadings, and the CODCr of effluent is 100 mg/L when the CODCr of influent is 650 mg/L, which is up to the National First Grade Discharge Standard of General Sewage(GB8978-1988). The CODCr removal efficiency is beyond 80% and the turbidity of effluent is lower than 10 degrees, and the CN-concentration of effluent is under 0.5 mg/L. The steady membrane flux of biomimic membrane is 115.2 L/(h·m2), which is higher than that of common inorganic membrane, and also the operation of cleaning biomimic membrane module is not required.
