HEDP在中央空调酸洗中除锈效果的研究

摘要:

通过不同条件下的失重和旋转挂片试验, 研究了1-羟基亚乙基-1, 1-二膦酸(HEDP)溶解铁锈的性能和规律, 评价了几组常用的酸洗缓蚀剂, 对HEDP与优选缓蚀剂的复配效果进行了研究, 并通过实验结果对HEDP的溶锈机理进行了初步的探讨, 从而为HEDP在中央空调酸洗中的应用提供依据。

Abstract:

The characteric and rule of 1hydroxyethylidene1,1diphosphonic acid in rust dissolving are studied through weightless and rotary coupon tests under different conditions. At the same time, several acid pickling corrosion inhibitors are evaluated. The coordinative effect of the optimized corrosion inhibitors have been studied too. At the end,the rustremoving mechanism of HEDP is discussed. As a result,grounds is provided for the application of HEDP to central airconditioner acid pickling.
