摘要:
针对某高盐度(总溶固3100mg/L)、高硬度(Ht=7.24mmol/L)、高碱度(At=6.21mmol/L)地下水质, 以ATMP、PBTCA、POCA、PESA和BTA等为基础, 提出了一种适合电厂特点的复合水稳剂。研究表明, 该复配药剂具有优良的热稳定性, 在浓缩倍数k=3.0时, 该药剂的综合阻垢率近90%, 对碳钢、黄铜、不锈钢等金属的缓蚀效果达到了行业优秀级标准。综合性能远优于该厂的原用药剂。

Abstract:
A highly efficient corrosion and scale inhibitor, especially powerful for the cooling water with high concentration of hardness (Ht=7.24 mmol/L) and alkalinity (At=6.21 mmol/L) is proposed. The chemical is a mixture of ATMP, PBTCA, PESA, POCA and BTA. The chemical is very stable for heat. The total scale inhibition is over 90%, while the corrosion inhibition for steel, brass and stainless steel is excellent according to this standard of this field in China, at the dosage of 10 mg/L (for makeup water) and the cycle of concentration k =3.0. The comprehensive properties are much better than the chemicals originally used in the plant, during which running at the same dosage and k =2.5 accompanied with alkalinity adjustment by H2SO4.
