摘要:
主要研究并比较了经初选的D001等9种型号树脂在高温条件下的耐温静态吸附性能。实验参数为:树脂取湿式体积5mL,10mL,15mL,20mL;料液定体积500mL;料液成分视不同类型树脂及交换任务分别配入相应元素Na+,SiO2,Cl--;恒温控制(80±1)℃;磁力搅拌3h。还考察了D201树脂作错流离子交换剂时对SiO2的吸附率。实验结果为某厂节水节能技改项目树脂的筛选和工艺流程,提供了重要的技术参数和指导性结论。

Abstract:
The capacities of high temperature resistance and static adsorption of the nine types of selected resins, e. g. D001, have been studied and compared.The experimental parameters are as follows: wet volume of resin are 5 mL, 10 mL, 15 mL, 20 mL; feeding liquid with fixed concentration and volume is 500 mL; the component of feeding liquid is matched with corresponding elements, such as Na+, SiO2, Cl-, according to different types of resins and tasks of ion exchange; the constant temperature iscontrolled at (80 ± 1)℃; magnetic stirring for 3 h. The ratio of adsorption of resin D202 to SiO2 is checked when it is acted as cross flow ion exchanger. The experimental results have provided importanttechnical parameters and instructional conclusions for the selection of resins and technical improvementregarding water saving and energy saving in a plant
