硫化物标准使用液的稳定性实验

摘要:

按GB/T16489—1996规定,用分光光度法测定硫化物时,应以氢氧化钠溶液调节pH为10~12的去离子除氧水作为该标准溶液的稀释用水,在加入乙酸锌-乙酸钠溶液后,该溶液在室温下可稳定半年。作者经多次实验认为,用普通去离子水代替上述稀释用水配制的标准溶液,该溶液加入同量的乙酸锌-乙酸钠溶液贮于棕色试剂瓶,在冰箱中密塞保存可稳定半年以上。该法省时省力又不影响分析的准确度,对于广大分析者具有实际意义。

Abstract:

According to the regulations of GB / T16489-1996, deionized water containing no oxyen,pH value of which is conditioned to 10 ~ 12 with sodium hydroxide solution, is used for the preparation of standard solution in the determination of sulfide by spectrophotometry. After adding zinc acetate - sodium acetate solution into the above-mentioned standard solution,the lifetime of it is up to half a year at ambient temperature. Deionized water in common use is used in the preparation of standard solution. The experiment results show that the standard solution could be effectively stored within a brown bottle in refrigerator for more than six months by adding the same amount of zinc acetate - sodium acetate solution.The method is of great significance to all the analysts owing to less time and work needed and no influence on its accuracy.
