摘要：

讨论了火烧山油田含油污水与清水的混合比例、混注方式、混注条件及混合水的腐蚀、结垢、细菌和悬浮物等问题。通过研究认为,污水和清水中加入化学药剂处理后,在清水占混合水的质量分数为10%～60%之内可按任何比例混合。混注方式宜采用泵前清水罐内混合;混合水不结垢,腐蚀率<0.1mm a,SRB≤102mL^-1,TGB≤103mL^-1,悬浮物随清水量增加而减少。

Abstract:

The mixing proportion, the way of mixedwater injection,the conditionsof mixed water injection,the corrosion,scaling,bacteria and suspended matter of mixed water, etc .are discussed.The researchesshow that after the effluent and clean water are treated with chemicals,and when the clean water is at the range of 10%～ 60%in the mixed water, the mixture can be done in any proportion.The way of mixed water injection is apt to the done in a clean water tank before pumping .No scaling will be formed.The corrosion rate is less than 0.1 mm a,SRB is less than or equal to 102mL^-1,TGB is less than or equal to 103mL^-1.The suspended matter is decreased with the increase of water.
