电镀废液中微量镍的催化光度法测定

Determination of trace nickel in electroplating wastewater by catalytic spectrophotometry

摘要:

利用还原型若丹明B(RRhB)与KClO3的显色反应,对含Ni2+电镀废液中痕量Ni2+进行测定。结果表明,在pH为5.3HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中具有高灵敏的显色反应,产物的最大吸收波长为555nm,方法的检出限为4.3×10-8g L,催化程度与Ni2+量在0~0.060mg L范围内符合比耳定律,加标回收率为96.5%~104%(n=6)。本法结合萃取分离,满意地测定了电镀废液中的微量镍。

Abstract:

The reaction of Rhodamine B (RRhB)with KClO3 is used to determine trace Ni2+ in electroplating wastewater containing Ni2+.The results show that the chromogenic reaction has high sensitivity in pH 5.3 HAc-NaAc buffer solu-tion.The maximum absorption of the system is at 555 nm,the detection limit of the method is 4.3×10-8g L for Ni2+,Beer' s law accords with Ni2+ in the range of 0~ 0 .06 mg L and the recovery of adding standard solution is 96.5%~104%(n =6).Combinedwith solvent extraction separation, the method has been applied to the determination of trace Ni in electroplating wastewater with satisfactory results.
