摘要:

针对转炉除尘废水高pH、高硬度的水质特点,通过两种实验方法,选取复合配方的水质稳定剂,同时模拟废水的循环使用过程检验水质稳定剂的阻垢效果。结果表明,在高pH、高硬度的水质条件下,所选复合配方水质稳定剂有良好的阻垢性能;对于生产中所用的除尘废水,在高pH条件下,若Ca2+质量浓度<800mg L,所选阻垢剂可将结垢率控制在5%以下。

Abstract:

The dust-removing effluent is characteristic of high hardness and high pH.According to this, some compound water-stabilizer are chosen to research on the scale inhibition capacity .The recycling processof dust removing is simulat-ed and the scale inhibition effect is tested.Results show that compound water-stabilizer has superior scale inhibition ca-pacity .Under the conditions of high pH, if the concentration of Ca 2+doesn' t exceed 800mg L, the scale inhibitor cho-sen can control the scale rate at less than 5%.
