摘要:
反渗透水处理作为一种科技含量较高的水处理脱盐技术,在当今工业生产中应用越来越广泛。结合郑州热电厂水处理设备运行负荷变化的特点,就反渗透膜的长期保养技术及工艺进行探讨,采用药液(甲醛溶液)进行反渗透膜长期保养,一方面节约了能源,降低了生产成本,另一方面又保证了反渗透系统运行的可靠性。

Abstract:
The process of water quality equalization may be divided into two types :constant water-lever and variable water-level equalization processes.Two kinds of mathematical models called nodal point model and differential calculusmodel have been set up respectively,solving the way for the models to obtain some iterative formulae which may be usedto calculate the minimum effective volume in the equalization basin.At last it shows the essential of simulative calculationmethod. ":Technical and economic comparisons of several kinds of hospital sewage treatment methods,such as the secondgrade treatment and disinfection treatment,have been made.Based on the present situation of the hospitals in our country,SBR and CASS methods are chosen to carry on second grade biochemical treatment.Dioxide chloride method is usedto carry on disinfection treatment.These methods are economic and feasible. " "After organisms,impurities,residues and other solids are separated from alkaline liquid in the alkali recoveryfrom paper-making black liquid in pollution control systems,the medium-small sized liquid-solid vortex separators areused. As a result,the clean thin alkaline liquid goes into the black liquid evaporator system. After the black liquid isconcentrated by evaporation,caustic soda is recovered. The green liquid and residues in paper-making go into liquid-solidvortex separator,working rapidly and continuously. After the green sludge and white sludge are removed and becomesclean and clarified liquid,in order to replace the original big-sized green liquid and white liquid clarifier which worksslowly by gravity settling. The waste liquid pollution control has met the requirements of effluent discharge standard. Theyare highly efficient vortex separators for industrial water treatment. "
