磷酸铵镁法预处理高浓度氨氮废水的研究

Study of pretreating ammonium-nitrogen wastewater with high concentration by magnesium ammonium phosphate

摘要:

磷酸铵镁(MAP)法采用化学沉淀法原理,以Na2HPO4和MgSO4为化学沉淀剂,通过正交试验方法,研究了与高浓度氨氮废水的NH4+生成MAP的试验,确定了最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,氨氮的去除率95%,余磷6mg/L,为后续生化处理创造了条件。

Abstract:

Magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP)is a method adopts the principle of chemical precipitation and it is applied to the removal of highly concentrated ammonium-nitrogen wastewater,to produce magnesium ammonium phosphate by using Na2HPO4and MgSO4through orthogonal technical treatment processing.Then the best processing conditions are determined.Under the best conditions,the results show that ammonia removal rate is95%and the remained phosphorus concentration is less than6mg /L,which create the conditions of further biological treatment.
